Cancellation Policies
- All bookings are final and non-refundable four (4) business days prior to the course start date. For greater clarity, no cancellations or rescheduling can be made within four (4) business days of the course start date.
- If a request is received to change an existing booking within four (4) business days of the course start date, First Aid 4U will not be able to accommodate. The booking is considered final and no further changes, refunds, or accommodations can be made.

If you wish to reschedule a booking, or cancel a booking, more than four (4) business days before the course start date, a $35.00+ HST non-refundable administrative fee, per participant, is applied.

Should a refund be provided for the cancellation of a booking, any administrative fees or pre-course cost(s) will not be refunded or applied as a credit to future bookings. Refunds are issued on the remaining balance of First Aid training course fees ONLY - any additional purchases (alternate courses, online training courses, additional content, materials, etc.) or fees will not be refunded.
- Refunds are generally processed within 7-10 business days.
- Instructors are not authorized to grant reschedules, cancellations, refunds, or booking modifications under any circumstances.
Online Courses
- For our courses completed fully online; WHMIS, Psychological First Aid, etc. Once purchased, they cannot be cancelled or refunded due to the nature of online courses.
