Late/No-Show Policy

IF YOU ARE LATE FOR A COURSE:

• First Aid 4U Inc. is required to follow WSIB and Canadian Red Cross Guidelines in order to issue certifications. In accordance with the applicable standards, a participant must attend 100% of the in-class session to gain certification. 
• If a participant attempts to enter a course after the session start time, it is considered a late arrival for a course. The participant will not be admitted into the session. 
• The participant registration will be considered forfeit and no refund will be given. A new booking, with payment of the associated costs, will have to be arranged in order to attend a new course with First Aid 4U.

IF YOU ARE A NO-SHOW/ABSENT TO A COURSE:

• If a participant does not attend the selected and scheduled course (a no-show or absent), the participant will forfeit the registration and no refund will be given. A new booking, along with the associated costs, will have to be arranged in order to attend a new course with First Aid 4U.
